How Do You Think About Food?
It might be time to change your relationship with food.
What is food to you? What do you eat — and why? How does the food you eat affect your energy levels and your performance day to day? How often do you eat, and do you eat because you’re hungry or for some other reason? Do you feel well? Do you look healthy?
A good relationship with food is more important than any diet. Appreciate what you eat, and acknowledge the potential for food to be medicinal and powerfully energizing. It is not your enemy. You do not have to be in a battle with food and with your eating habits. Instead, you can feel lighter and stronger if you allow the nourishment you put into your body to be exactly that — nourishing.
